The Raiders are leaving Oakland…again. This time they are headed to Las Vegas, where, we’re told, a $1.9 billion domed stadium will be built in the desert, or not far from it.

Annual e-commerce sales reached almost $2 trillion worldwide in 2016 and could reach $4 trillion in 2020 if double digit growth projections through the rest of the decade are accurate. The Bay Area’s rental apartment market is booming.  Vacancies throughout the greater Bay Area are highest in San Jose, at 3.7 percent.  That’s almost a full percentage point lower than the national average.  The availability of units in the East and North Bay markets is even lower, at 2.3 percent.
